Day one of vacation

My wife and I have been in our ground blind since around 11. So far we have seen 2,578 skeeters, 5 jumping spiders (named one Terry08) and 4 turkeys. Two Jakes and two long beards. I figure we have a little more than an hour to go. We are sitting in one of my honey holes that seems to be loaded with does and a few bucks. Stay tuned

You are aware, Jumping Spiders make a fine meal when fricasseed with onion and garlic sauce.
Use the turkey as a side dish..

I didn't think about it until now but all weekend I was never bothered by skeeters? :ylsuper:

Mr.Terry my wife kinda got skiddish because I let one of those spiders crawl up my hand so I could show him the exit door and he wouldn't be keeping her distracted. They ain't out to hurt nobody

I haven't been bothered by any skeeters on any of my bow sits either. Then again we didn't have any rain til a few weeks ago
