Spicy Crackers

These were a big hit at the 4th Annual A Hunt Above event 02-25-2012
I use a mix of
2 sleeves of Premium Saltines
1 sleeve Ritz
1 sleeve Townhouse crackers

In a screw top quart jar add

1 1/2 cups canola oil
1 package dry Ranch Dressing mix
2 tbl sp crushed red pepper. add more if you like them hotter
1 tsp ground Cumin (optional)

Shake well to thoroughly mix oil and spices
in a one gallon ziplock freezer bag add 1/4 of the crackers and oil repeat until all are in bag seal bag and turn every few minutes to coat all the crackers
The crackers will stay crisp for at least 24 hours
but they usually don't last that long
